Cloud Data Package - Database / Username Selection. 

You need to choose a database name and a username.  The database name will be used to keep your church's data separate from all other data being stored on the cloud server.  The username (and associated password) will secure your database from unauthorized access.   

For the database name, enter between 6-15 characters, no spaces or special characters.  Suggestion: use a shortened / abbreviated form of your church name.

A password will be generated automatically and sent to you via email. You will be able to personalize it once you have fully configured the Cloud Data Storage feature in Offering Helper.

Cloud Data Package - Shopping Checklist

Based on the current contents of your shopping cart, there may be additional items you need to purchase before you can begin using the Cloud Data Package.  Please review the following information.  You can use the Back button to make changes to your shopping cart, or click Next to continue with your order as is.

• The Offering Helper Cloud Data Package requires a license for each computer connected to the cloud.  The Offering Helper program itself counts as one license, so in most situations you will need to purchase at least one additional network license. 

• The Cloud Data Package requires Offering Helper Plus, version 6.00 or greater (which was released Jan 2014).  If you are running an earlier version of Offering Helper, you will need to upgrade.  Upgrades are free for customers on a support contract.  According to the information we have on file, your support contract has expired.  If you need to upgrade, you should add a 1 year support contract to your shopping cart.  Please note that you do not need to renew the contract each year in order to keep using Offering Helper.
